Leading Technologies

BP Solar's proprietary Saturn process produces laser grooved Monocrystalline cells that
offer industry leading cell efficiencies of 16% to 17%. Performance Multicrystalline (Polycrystalline) - BP Solar's new enhanced cell coating improves power by 5% or more, enabling cell efficiencies of 14% to 15%.

Exceptional Quality

± 5% Power tolerance - the new lighter power spec ensures superior kWh/kWp performance for all core products greater than 70Wp.

Heavy Duty Frames

Corrosion resistant frames are constructed to withstand wind speeds in excess of
200Km/h (125 mph). The frames are available in clear anodized (silver) or bronze
anodized (dark bronze) finishes.

Tempered Low Iron Glass

Tempered low iron glass provides better impact resistance and better light transmission, allowing the generation of more electricity.

EVA Encapsulation

Decades of experience show clear encapsulated insulation enhances solar cell
performance and provides proven weathering protection.

Anti-Reflective Coating

Increases the efficiency of BP modules by reducing the quantity of light that is reflected
away from the module.

Reliable Outside Bussing

Proven module design puts bus bars outside frame and cell areas, improving BP's
module reliability.

MOUNTING SYSTEMS

All UNIRAC Side-of-Pole mounts now have a new module rail design which allows for quick & easy installation. Module mounts are made from structural aluminum angle and are provided with stainless steel module mounting hardware.

The UNIRAC Side-of-Pole mount accommodates many of the leading manufacturer brand name modules. Standard tilt angles are 45 and 60 degrees from horizontal; other angles are also available by special order.

We also offer UNIRAC Top-of-Pole mounting systems and our exclusive in-house customized Top-of-Pole mount that allows for nearly any angle adjustment & rotation as shown in the photo of this page.
