The 24 Volt DC solar modules that we use are constructed of high efficiency crystalline silicon cell technology. The SHELL 165 - 175 watt solar modules supplied with our systems have proven reliability. The solar module manufacturer stands behind our solar modules with a 20 year warranty.
Our solar module supports are constructed of heavy duty corrosion-resistant attractive aluminum that will withstand even hurricane force winds. We know this to be certain since our solar modules & supports stood up to and even survived Hurricane Katrina in August of 2005.
By the way, if you plan on supplying your own pole using our solar street lights then you’ll be pleased to find that our solar module supports, clamps and hardware (including our Mast Arms) will attach to any pole - no matter what the pole diameter or shape of the pole may be.
